We warmly welcome new participants at every weekly run.
Tuesday: We meet downtown at the Ferry Building at 6:30pm for a 3- or 5-mile run out and back along the Embarcadero, through the Municipal Pier and past Aquatic Park.
Saturday: This is our largest weekly event - often over 100 runners, walkers and dogs participate! We meet at the Stow Lake Boathouse in Golden Gate Park, rain or shine. Courses include:
- Stow Lake, a 1-mile walk/run
- Carousel, a 3-mile run through the East end of the park
- Bison, a 4-mile run through the West end of the park
- Beach, a 5-mile run to the ocean and back
